In order to apply for Super Visa, you MUST:

– Be a parent or grandparent of a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Canada.

Once you have prepared and sent your application package, you still have to perform several steps to have your Super Visa approved by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
